Årdal kommune and Lærdal kommune [Årdal Municipality and Lærdal Municipality] (hereafter called the contracting authority) will enter into a new framework agreement for the purchase of ICT equipment, ICT services, telephone and Microsoft licenses. We want parallel framework agreements with a minimum of three service providers. Service providers who will deliver tenders must do so for the entire procurement. We need operating partners who can help us achieve our goals in the digitalisation strategy. They must able to offer a broad spectrum of goods and services and have high digital competence.

We envisage an IT everyday where we are moving away from locally operated data centres in the municipality (Årdal Municipality is the current host municipality) to cloud-based solutions. Perhaps initially a hybrid solution with a combination of cloud and local solutions. Secure digitalisation is important to us, so tenderers must have good knowledge of the municipal market. All communication and all documents in this competition must be/the competition shall be in/delivered in Norwegian. This also applies to implementation of the framework agreement.

The assignment includes delivery of: PCs, monitors, tablet PCs, printers, telephones, switches, wireless access points, large screens/boards, AV equipment, Microsoft licenses, various types of services, cloud solutions, back-up and contingency. We want parallel framework agreements with a minimum of three service providers. Service providers who will deliver tenders must do so for the entire procurement. We need operating partners who can help us achieve our goals in the digitalisation strategy. They must able to offer a broad spectrum of goods and services and have high digital competence.

However, in a transitional period we may need to supply equipment there. The ICT solution is extensive and complex. All communication and all documents in this competition must be/the competition shall be in/delivered in Norwegian. This also applies to implementation of the framework agreement.
