2. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from the owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate, summer cottages and other properties used for recreational purposes located in the Nasielsk Municipality, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of municipal waste subject to biodegradation transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the provisions of the applicable Waste Management Plan for Mazovia, as well as the provisions of local law issued on the basis of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. 3. The Ordering Party commissions and the Contractor accepts to perform works consisting in: 1) collecting municipal waste from inhabited, uninhabited properties, summer houses and other properties used for recreational purposes, including: a) collecting non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, b) collecting segregated waste, c) collecting biodegradable waste, d) collecting ash and slag from household furnaces, e) large-size waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and used tires, f) natural post-Christmas trees. 2) equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at the Expense of the Contractor with containers (5 pcs. KP-7, 2 pcs. KP 16) and service in the field of waste disposal from this point from containers owned by the Contractor and from containers owned by the Ordering Party; 3) equipping nests for separate waste collection with containers for selective waste collection – 100 pcs. recycling kits (4 fractions each socket) in places indicated by the Ordering Party; 4) providing approx. 200 pcs. containers with a capacity of Min. 1100 l for residual waste from real estate in cases of difficult collection from outside these properties – in places indicated by the Ordering Party; 5) providing 50 pcs. metal containers for ash and slag in places indicated by the Ordering Party; 6) providing property owners with single-family containers for the collection of non-segregated (mixed-residual) waste; 7) providing owners of single-family properties, containers (yellow, green, brown) and bags of adequate strength (blue, gray) for selective collection of municipal waste; 8) delivery, at least once a month, of bags for selective waste collection - approx. 150 pieces of bags for each fraction to the Ordering Party; 9) replenishing bags after telephone notification of the Ordering Party within 3 days of notification; 10) providing property owners with multi-family containers for the collection of non-segregated (mixed), residual waste; 11) providing property owners with multi-family containers for selective collection of municipal waste (yellow, green, blue, brown and gray); 12) providing property owners with uninhabited containers for the collection of non-segregated (mixed) waste, 13) providing property owners with uninhabited containers for the separate collection of municipal waste (yellow, green, blue, brown); 14) offering property owners cleaning and disinfection of containers – washing and disinfection will be the subject of a civil law contract between the Contractor and the owner of the property.
3.2 Equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at the Contractor's expense with containers (7 pcs KP-7, 2 pcs. KP 16) and service in the field of waste disposal from this point from containers owned by the Contractor and from containers owned by the Ordering Party of waste collected at the point listed in point 3.18. 3.3, the Contractor's obligation is to equip nests for selective waste collection with containers for selective waste collection – 100 pcs. recycling kits (4 fractions each slot). Each set will be equipped with 1 pc. container 1100 liters yellow – plastic, multi-material packaging, metals, 1 pc. container 1100 litas blue - paper, 1 pc. container 1100 liters green - glass, 1 container 120/240 liter brown - bio-waste and 50 pcs. metal containers for ash and slag in places indicated by the Ordering Party; 3.4 it is the Contractor's responsibility to provide approx. 200 pcs. containers with a capacity of Min. 1100 l for waste mixed from inhabited properties in cases of difficult collection from before these properties – in places agreed with the Ordering Party; 3.5 it is the Contractor's responsibility to provide property owners with single-family containers for the collection of non-segregated (mixed) waste. Black containers 120l/240l with the description of mixed waste (residual) approx. 6000 pcs. 3.6 it is the Contractor's responsibility to provide the owners of the property with single-family containers and bags for selective collection: yellow containers 240l, with a description of plastic, multi-material packaging and metals approx. 6000 pcs., green containers 120 l with the description of glass approx. 6000 pcs., brown containers 120 l with the description of BIO approx. 6000 pcs., and bags - blue 120 l with the description paper and cardboard approx. 6 000 pcs., grey bags 60 l with a description of ash, slag approx. 6 000 pcs. 3.7 it is the Contractor's responsibility to provide property owners with multi-family containers for the collection of non-segregated (mixed-residual) waste. Black containers 1100l. for residual waste approx. 250 /300 pcs. 3.8 it is the Contractor's responsibility to provide property owners with multi-family containers for the selective collection of municipal waste (yellow, green, blue, brown and gray), adapted in capacity to the collection schedule. 3.9 it is the Contractor's responsibility to provide property owners with uninhabited containers for the collection of non-segregated (mixed-residual) waste. 3.10 it is the Contractor's responsibility to provide property owners with uninhabited containers for selective collection of municipal waste (yellow, green, blue, brown). Due to the different nature of the activity, the Ordering Party provides for a demand for each fraction for waste collection in an approximate amount of about 2000 pcs. various containers including 1100 liters, 240 liters, 120 liters. Yellow colours – plastic, multi-material packaging, metals, blue – paper, green-glass, brown– Bio, Delivery date of containers until 31.01.2023 3.11 It is the Contractor's responsibility to deliver at least once a month, bags for selective waste collection – approx. 150 bags for each fraction to the Ordering Party. The Contractor is also obliged to replenish the bags after the Ordering Party's telephone notification within 3 days of notification; 3.12 offering property owners cleaning and disinfection of containers – washing and disinfection will be the subject of a civil law contract between the Contractor and the owner of the property.
