The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the facilities of the Kielce University of Technology and Sandomierz for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) by the Kielce University of Technology, to its energy collection points. This order does not cover electricity distribution services. The estimated consumption during the procurement period will be: 8,600.00 MWh. The amount of energy actually purchased may differ from the estimated amount and will depend on the actual demand, provided that the Ordering Party purchases at least 50% of the total volume referred to above. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the location and description of the electricity collection points, is specified in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference.
