The purpose of this consultation is to renew the contract for the operation of thermal installations including heating, hot water, ventilation and air conditioning on the municipal buildings of the city of Thiers (schools, sports buildings, administrative buildings, various buildings). Through the renewal of the operating markets for thermal installations, the City of Thiers wishes to conduct a global reflection, integrating the aspects and the renovation and/ or installations, but also the aspects related to the awareness of uses and personnel.
