The subject of the contract is the service of maintenance and development of the Financial Service System (SOF2), consisting in:

1. providing the SOF2 System Technical Assistance and Maintenance service (hereinafter referred to as "ATiK") – a guaranteed order. ATiK will be provided as part of

a guaranteed contract for the period specified in point 5.1 of Chapter 5 of the SWZ. The rules for the provision of ATiK are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order

constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ");

2. implementation of the Modification and Development of the SOF2 System (hereinafter: development of the SOF2 System) – guaranteed order. The development of the SOF2 System will be provided in

as part of a guaranteed contract in the amount of 50,000 Man-hours.

The rules for the provision of SOF2 System development services are included in the OPZ. The development of the SOF2 System will be provided for the period indicated in point 5.1 of Chapter 5

SWZ.
