Kviteseid Municipais would like to have framework agreements for site contractor services. The work will be on the municipal water and sewage network, on municipal roads and green areas, and around municipal buildings.

The framework agreement does not have any guarantees on volume. The amount of work will depend on the municipal operations and maintenance budget, priorities, and any investments.

The framework agreement will be valid from when the contract is signed until 31.12.2026.

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment. Tenderers can choose whether they submit a tender for machines and work, or for the delivery of matter, or for both parts. Kviteseid Municiaplity will evaluate these as two different tender contests. Kviteseid Municipality estimates that contracts with 3 tenderers of machines and crews and with 2 for the delivery of matter will be appropriate.

The municipality will approve a new climate plan for activities in 2022. This means that the municipality will have stricter requirements for suppliers and contractors as regards climate and the environment.
