Description:
Delivery of A3, A4 and A5 paper in various weights

The subject of the contract is the supply of paper in A3, A4 and A5 format in various weights for State Administration Units indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ (in section I of the announcement). Appendix 1 to the SWZ specifies the quantity requirement of paper for each State Administration Unit covered by the order and the place of paper delivery.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of paper in A3, A4 and A5 sizes in various weights for the State Administration Units indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ (in section I of the announcement).

2. Appendix 1 to the SWZ specifies the quantity requirements of paper for each State Administration Unit covered by the order and the place of paper delivery.

3. A detailed list and description of paper requirements is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ constituting the Assortment and Price Form.

4. Paper deliveries will take place successively during the term of the contract, depending on the reported needs of the Units. Each Unit may place orders independently of other Units. No more than four deliveries are foreseen per month for each Unit and each of its branches/subordinate units separately, assuming that the scope of one partial order will not be less than 10 reams (or respectively packaging) of all ordered items in one order.

5. The detailed manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ constituting the Draft provisions of the contract.

6. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements or features specified by the Contracting Entity, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to submit together with the offer a document (product data sheet or product specification or manufacturer's statement or statement of the manufacturer's authorized representative), confirming that each offered product (i.e. products indicated in items 1 - 40 of the Assortment and Price Form) meets all the parameters specified in column 3 Assortment and price form.

7. If the Contractor fails to submit the evidence referred to in point 6 together with the bid or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall call for their submission or supplementation within the prescribed period, unless despite the submission of the said evidence, the bid is subject to rejection or there are grounds for invalidating the proceedings.

8. The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
