The present overall renovation is carried out with support from the National Building Fund and generally includes post-insulation of facades as well as new windows, new roof, establishment of balconies and exits to gardens, establishment of ventilation systems with heat recovery and expansion of eight homes (roof dwellings) by the inclusion of roof spaces.

The tender is carried out as a restricted tender in a main contract with prior prequalification in accordance with the Danish Public Procurement Act. The tender is not divided into separate lots. This is not considered appropriate in relation to the scope, size and management complexity of the task. Thus, the tenderer can only submit a tender for the entire contract (excluding the client deliveries listed in the Building File Description (BSB)). No remuneration is granted in connection with participation in prequalification and tendering.
