The objective of the wellbeing services county of Central Uusimaa (Keusote) is to acquire through this competitive tendering process a video system for remote home care appointments, which must be available for Keusote's use as a service, and which also includes terminal devices and data connections delivered to home care remote care customers. The object of the procurement is a ready-made comprehensive solution delivered as a service, which can be used to implement remote home care appointments and group meetings.

The objective of the wellbeing services county of Central Uusimaa (Keusote) is to acquire through this competitive tendering process a video system for remote home care appointments, which must be available for Keusote's use as a service, and which also includes terminal devices and data connections delivered to home care remote care customers. The object of the procurement is a ready-made comprehensive solution delivered as a service, which can be used to implement remote home care appointments and group meetings. The system will also be used on a small scale (the number of users is included in the estimates given in the annex) in rehabilitation and disability services.

The object of the acquisition includes:

*A SaaS solution used by a home care worker from their own workstation

*Devices, applications and data connections for home care remote care customers delivered under a service agreement

*Solution implementation project

*Administrator and user trainings

*Necessary interface implementations to other systems

*Solution maintenance, user support and ongoing services

*Possible additional work to be commissioned separately. (e.g. expert work for further development services or additional training)
