Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply and maintenance of notebooks and accessories
Standard notebook (15 to 16.0")Conclusion of a framework agreement (RV) with one company for the supply and maintenance of standard notebooks (screen size 15.6" to 16.0") and accessories with a term of 24 months from the award of the contract (basic term). An extension beyond the end date of the contract is possible by mutual agreement for up to a further 24 calendar months (option term).
The basis for calculation is these quantities:
- Grundlaufzeit: ca. 3.700 Standard-Notebooks
- Optionslaufzeit: ca. 6.500 Standard-Notebooks
Each type of notebook requires a standard and a power configuration. The following proportions can be assumed: approx. 95 % basic and 5 % power configuration
Over the entire runtime, the maximum purchase quantity is 15,300 standard notebooks.
SUB notebook (12.5 to 13.3")Conclusion of a framework agreement (RV) with one company for the supply and maintenance of SUB notebooks (screen size 12.5" to 13.3") and accessories with a term of 24 months from the award of the contract (basic term). An extension beyond the end date of the contract is possible by mutual agreement for up to a further 24 calendar months (option term).
The basis for calculation is these quantities:
- Grundlaufzeit: ca. 1,600 Sub-Notebooks
- Optionslaufzeit: ca. 850 SUB-Notebooks
Each type of notebook requires a standard and a power configuration. The following proportions can be assumed: approx. 98 % basic and 2 % power configuration
Over the entire runtime, the maximum purchase quantity is 3,700 SUB notebooks.
