The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seeds, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood, by-use of forest, tourist and meadow and agricultural development as well as road maintenance and permanent skidding routes, to be carried out in the area of the Dębica Forest District in 2023.
Package I – forestry: WolicaThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package II – Forestry: BerdechThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package III – Forestry: GumniskaThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package IV – forestry: JaworzeThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package V – forestry: BrzostekThe material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, secondary use of the forest, tourist development, nursery and meadow-agricultural management and maintenance of roads and permanent skidding trails resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
