The subject of the contract is architectural and engineering services according to the current version of the HOAI for the planning modernization and addition (extension) of an existing administration building from the service phase 3. The modernization and the extension are to be planned and built according to the current state of the art and the relevant regulations.

Also part of the planning are the performance profiles buildings and interiors, structural design, technical equipment, and traffic planning. In addition, there are any necessary consulting services for geotechnics, engineering surveying, building physics, profitability calculations as well as fire protection concept and lightning protection analysis.

The existing administration building is located in the schwarze Pumpe industrial site, in the Saxon part, at the road junction Str. 9/C. It is a 4-storey, basement building built in solid block construction, with the following dimensions: length / width / height - 44m / 13m / 9m (12m with KG)

The designed extension/new building is single-storey, not basement and has the following dimensions: length / width / height - 35m / 20m / 9m. The office building is to be fundamentally modernized. In addition to the furnishing of the office area, opportunities for small and larger consultations or events with appropriate premises are also to be created. The planning goal is to prepare the current office building with flexibly rentable office units and multifunctional meeting rooms for future tasks at the industrial site.
