Building Services (M&E) Engineering Services for Additional Accommodation at Scoil Mháthair Dé, South Circular Road, Limerick

Scoil Mháthair Dé is a primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Diocese of Limerick.

In summary, the project will comprise:

Section A:

• 1 x Classroom 80 m2

Giving a floor area incl circulation and internal walls of: 105 m2

Section B

• Two Classroom SEN Base 359 m2

Giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls of 459.5 m2

Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A & B (including circulation, internal walls & stairs) 565 m2

Also:

• Secure Hard and soft play area 100 m2

• Sensory Garden 100 m2

• 6 parking spaces

Emergency Roof Works

Please note that the school has been approved for Roof Works under the Emergency Works Scheme. The Design Team will be tasked with the consultancy work pertaining to this project also following appointment. The estimated cost of the works is in excess of €500,000. A separate fee for this work will be negotiated with the successful design team.
