This is a service contract relating to the maintenance and troubleshooting of heating and VMC as well as the replacement of boilers and hot water production in the form of a total guarantee. Replacement of ventilation systems C+ and D are not included in the omnium package and will be made upon acceptance of a prior quote.
This service contract relates to maintenance, troubleshooting of appliances up to the replacement of the appliance and all components of the installations, the replacement of pipes and radiators and a program for the replacement of heating appliances with or without hot water production of any type.
The entire installation is taken over for this market including pipes and all equipment relating to the production of hot water and heating including radiators, valves, thermostats, clocks, circulators, collectors, burners ... including the retrofitting of the installations and premises in which the appliances which are replaced are located. In the case of recessed pipes, they will be replaced by exposed pipes after agreement of the adjudicator.
This is a "OMNIUM – total guarantee" type contract such that the successful bidder will be required to ensure the proper functioning of the entire heating and hot water production installation of the accommodation.
The service provider must maintain and troubleshoot all the heating and hot water production assets of the IPB with due care and in accordance with the standards in force and the requirements of the special specifications.
For both maintenance and troubleshooting interventions, the disposal and disposal of waste produced by the operation is carried out in accordance with the standards in force in the region concerned.
The prizes awarded for maintenance and troubleshooting include the responsibility of the service provider to take all the measures and means at its disposal to maintain a continuity of heating at the tenants whatever the breakdown (s).
The quantities provided for in this contract may vary following construction, renovation or sale of housing, but also following the evolution of the permanent inventory that is carried out. No surcharge or compensation can be claimed for a variation in the volume of orders, since volumes are not guaranteed and unit prices are applied according to the offer of the successful bidder.
For the year 2023, the quantities for plant replacements will already be started. The exact number for 2023 will be confirmed at the start of the contract.
This contract does not confer any exclusive rights on the successful tenderer.
Note: a mandatory option is requested on the basis of a flat rate for a visual inspection mission in the accommodation in question. Indeed, this control will be carried out on the basis of a list including several checkpoints to be checked.
