The purpose of the consultation is to acquire supplies and equipment necessary for the operation of the building board of the city of Lagny-sur-Marne. This new procedure is initiated following the declaration without action for reasons of public interest, of the six lots of consultation 201113 — supplies for the building authority.

Form of contract: framework agreement with purchase orders made without minimum or maximum, concluded for an initial period of twelve months from the date of notification. The services are divided into six lots.
