Soil-habitat development for Forest District: Axles and Trzebciny

The subject of the order is to carry out soil and habitat developments for

Forest District: Axles and Trzebciny, as of 1 January 2024

Surface of elaboration:

N. Axles: general area 18392 ha, forest area 17197 ha, forested and unforested area 16651, forest area with forest gosp 546, pow. nieleśna 1195

N. Trzebciny: general area 16611 ha, forest area 15862 ha, pow. wooded and non-alesona 15372 hectares, pow. forest with house. leśna 490 ha, pow. nieleśna 749 ha

The Contracting Authority reserves the opportunity to increase up to 100 hectares of the development area, which may be the result of verification of land records, real estate trading (exchange, purchase/sale), transfer or extinguishment of management during the performance of equipment work, final determination land intended for forestation, which, however, will remain without affecting the amount of remuneration.

Soil-habitat development for the Axles Forest District as of 1 January 2024

Overall area 18392 hectares, number of forest complexes 89 pcs, number of forests 14,

habitat arrangement: electorate 49.9%, mixed elections 33.0%, forests 14.1%, fresh 93.9%, moist 1.8%, marsh 4.3%

As part of the soil and habitat development, a layer of forest numerical map shall be drawn up, meeting the standards set out in Ordinance No. 55 of the Director-General of State Forests of 21 November 2011 (Instructions for equipping forest-part 1, Chapter VII, and IUL Part III).

Soil-habitat work will consist of:

1) the implementation of standard, basic and auxiliary typological habitat surfaces, in a quantity consistent with the 1st degree of their compaction, together with the collection of soil tests for laboratory analyses.

2) taking photographic photos of soil profiles - standard typological habitat surfaces (WTPS) and posting them in the descriptive part (elaborate) of the habitat operata together with a description of the forest address, subtype and variety of soil and the habitat type of forest represented by it

3) carrying out laboratory tests of soils with calculation and application of SIG

4) the determination and charting of soils with the determination of the type, subtype and variety and type of soil in accordance with the Forest Device Instructions (IUL Part II);

5) determining and scaling the habitat types of forest, taking into account their varieties, variants of hydration, types and condition, as well as determination of forest type;

6) drawing up habitat documentation which will consist of:

- descriptive part (habitat elaborate)

- cartographic materials (habitat maps)

- detailed inventory data (full descriptions of habitat typological surfaces)

7) making a tabular proposal for optimal species compositions of crops taking into account the habitat type of forest and forest natural habitat.

The Contractor will provide the Contractor with warrants for the services performed. The warranty period will last 2 years from the date of signing by the parties to the final inspection protocol and receipt of equipment works.

(a) The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of legal and physical defects of the works and the materials provided, after the signing of the protocol of the final inspection and receipt of equipment works by the Contracting Authority.

b) The Contracting Authority may claim claims for defects also after the expiry of the warranty deadline, if it reports a defect before the expiry of that deadline

Description of soil and habitat development materials which the Contractor will provide to the Contractor (in accordance with §10 - 12, Part II, IUL):

1) Database materials:

- drawing up a geometric base of habitats according to the LMN standard based on the existing LMN, updated as of 01.01.2024

2) Descriptive Materials:

- habitat elaborate containing, inter alia, characteristics of the natural conditions of the site, soil characteristics and habitat types of the forest, as well as guidelines for breeding and equipment planning and photos of soil profiles on WTPS in two copies, one for RDLP and forestry, framed in rigid fixtures,

- source documentation containing descriptions of all master surfaces

and basic (formula 1a-c IUL Part II) together with a summary of physical and chemical properties of soils (formula 1d IUL Part II) in one volume in two copies, one for RDLP and forestry, framed in rigid fixtures.

3) Cartographic materials in analog version:

- economic maps of forest habitat in A1 format, in a scale of 1:5000 in one copy for forestry

- economic maps of forest habitats in a scale of 1:5000 in A3 format, in the form of a multi-page atlas for individual forests in one specimen.

- economic and overview maps of forest habitats in a scale of 1:10 000 in three copies per forestry

4) I degree of compaction of typological habitat surfaces should be applied.

5) The Contractor shall provide the Contractor with warrants for the services performed. The warranty period will last 2 years from the date of signing by the parties to the protocol

Soil-habitat development for Trzebciny Forest District as of 1 January 2024

Overall area 16611 ha, number of forest complexes 54 pcs, number of forestry 12,

habitat arrangement: boring 58.6%, mixed elections 29.5%, forests 11.9%, fresh 98.0%, moist 0.7%, marsh 1.3%
