The subject of the contract is the execution of an industrial floor in the building of the sorting hall as part of the construction work aimed at the construction of a sorting line for cleaning waste of municipal origin collected selectively together with accompanying infrastructure and landscaping part of plot no. 2/3, within Dalsze, municipality Myślibórz.

1.The subject of the contract is the execution of an industrial floor in the building of the sorting hall as part of the construction work aimed at the construction of a sorting line for cleaning waste of municipal origin collected selectively together with accompanying infrastructure and land development on part of plot no. 2/3, within Dalsze, municipality Myślibórz.

2.The scope of work necessary for execution is determined by the table of billing elements and the design documentation consisting of construction projects. 3.If there are names of a specific manufacturer/product or quality standards in the description of the subject of the contract, contained in the quotation request or the annexes to the quotation inquiry, they should only be treated as an aid in the description of the subject matter of the contract. In any case, solutions equivalent in terms of design, materials, functionality, quality (no worse than those established in the design documentation) are acceptable. If any trademark, patent or origin is indicated in the description of the subject of the contract - it must be assumed that the patents, trademarks, origin specify technical, operational and utility parameters, which means that the Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders in this respect equivalent to technical, operational and utility parameters. The obligation to demonstrate equivalence shall be with the Contractor. All building materials that will be used in the framework of the work must be agreed with the Contracting Authority.

4.The minimum warranty period for the subject of the order is 36 months.

5.Settlement with the Contractor will be made in the form of a lump sum remuneration.
