The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract for the procurement and operation of a platform for welfare technology and accompanying services/support.

Estimated contract value: 3 000 000 — 5 000 000 NOK. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority. The contract is subject to budgetary funding and political approval.

A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
