Elaboration of the Project for the construction of: water supply network with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task 3-05-22-138-0 - Poznań - water supply network in Włoszakowicka and Dunikowskiego streets and performing author's supervision in the phase of works implementation.

Development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021. on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for performance and acceptance of construction works and functionally- program utility (design documentation including the project of landscaping, architectural and construction and technical) for the construction of:

• water supply network with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task 3-05-22-138-0 - Poznań - water supply network in Włoszakowicka and Dunikowskiego streets, together with obtaining a legally binding decision of a building permit / notification of construction works together with obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for the task in question (AQUANET S.A. allows to obtain a building permit in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the discretion of the Contractor)

And author's supervision during the implementation phase of works carried out on the basis of the documentation being the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of construction works to sign the final acceptance protocol of these works.

Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract and all information regarding design solutions are contained in the attached technical conditions issued by "Aquanet" SA constituting the basis for design.

As part of the author's supervision should be provided:

1. for the investment task 3-05-22-138-0 - Poznań - water supply network in Włoszakowicka and Dunikowskiego streets

• Surveillance cards with stay on construction — 10 Supervision Cards

• Supervision cards without staying at the site — 10 Supervision Cards

Total of all surveillance cards 20.

If there is a need to increase the amount of stays on the site or increase the amount of surveillance cards without staying on the site, unit prices from the Copyright Supervision Agreement for the above tasks will be accepted for settlements, with the prices applicable for no more than 50% of the amount of Cards. Supervision with a stay on the site and not more than 50% of the amount of Supervision Cards without staying on the construction shown above.
