The contract includes the services of the project management according to the AHO 2014 (project stages 2 to 5) for the new construction of the Sportbad Delitzsch.

The large county town of Delitzsch plans the construction of the new sports bath with the following room program (key data):

- 25 m pool with 5 lanes, water depth 1.25 to 2.00 m, one-sided launching base,

- Course and instructional swimming pool 10.00 x 12.50 m with lifting floor, water depth 0.40 to 1.80 m,

- Parental area with children's pool (water area around 30 square meters, water depth 0.00 m to 0.30 m),

- Corresponding adjunct room program according to KOK,

- Multifunctional outdoor pool with around 400 square meters of water, maximum water depth of 1.30 m; with integrated swim lanes 25,0 m,

- Parental area in the outdoor area with children's pool (around 70 square meters of water surface) and water play garden,

- summer box office for outdoor use,

- Optional: Sauna system with indoor and outdoor connected to the infrastructure of the bath (no separate sauna clothing) The cost of the new construction of the sports bath in Delitzsch amounts to about 12.5 million EUR (cost groups 200-700 according to DIN 276 without Cost groups 710 and 770) plus value added tax. The costs are provisional and will be further specified in the planning. Any changes, and possibly also cost reductions, may also have an influence on the room program.

Subject of the present award procedure are the project control project levels 2-5, areas of action AE according to AHO 2014.
