The profile school (former secondary school with currently a total of approx. 300 pupils) forms the school centre with the canteen and the sports hall as well as the sports facilities. It was built between 1963 and 1971, extended several times and used by a secondary school for a long time. With the expiry of the secondary school on 31.7.2016, the new type of school (profile school) uses the former buildings. In order to concentrate the profile school location in Ascheberg, the former secondary school in Herben is abandoned (with currently a total of approx. 200 pupils). To achieve this, the existing buildings have to be expanded, rebuilt and renovated. The new site will consist of three buildings (House A(2), House B(3) and House C(12) plus a farm building of light construction. After completion of the measure, house A(2) will be a renovated existing building, house C(1) and house B(3) will each be a new building. For the realization of the project, a concept was developed for the structural expansion of the school buildings by at least approx. 1,750 square meters of pedagogical space and the adaptation work in the existing buildings as required, by means of an upstream "VgV - Object Planning Procedure".
The lack of space consists of classrooms, subject classes, all-day and administration. The functional requirements as well as the room program of the presentation and the ideas of students, students, teachers and parents apply to the planning at the site.
The subject of the present award procedure is the technical planning for the technical equipment performance profile in plant groups 1 to 3 and 8 ("HLS") on the one hand and 4 and 5 ("ELT") on the other. The award procedure covers service phases 5 to 9.
In a previous award procedure in 2020, the contract for the MEP planning of plant groups 1 to 5 and 8 (divided into 2 lots) was awarded to Büro Fuchs Planungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG by way of a step-by-step commissioning (1st commissioning stage: phases 1 to 4). The planning services have already been provided up to service phase 3. The current planning status can be found in Appendix B01-5. A continuation of the step-by-step assignment with the office is not planned, so that the services from service phase 5 onwards will be re-tendered here without drawing lots.
The subject of the contract is the specialist planning services for the technical equipment service profile for plant groups 1 to 3 and 8 ("HLS"), as well as 4 and 5 ("ELT") in service phases 5 to 9.
