Hordaland County (HFK) shall construct a new county building in Bergen. In the period 2020-2023 the county administration's approx. 700 employees must be relocated to Sandslihaugen in Bergen. HFK requests tenders for moving services for the relocation from the county building in Bergen (Agnes Mowinckelsgate 5) to Sandslihaugen 30. The assignment shall also include moving services from adjacent buildings to the county building where the county administration rents premises.

The assignment includes moving office furniture, computer equipment, meeting room furniture, AV equipment, art, archives and other furniture and fittings for approx. 700 employees. The main moving assignment must be implemented in the period 20.12.2019 — 4.1.2020 unless otherwise agreed upon.

From 1.1.2020 the contract will be continued on verbatim terms with Vestland County as the contracting authority.
