The service provides for the drafting of a single final – executive design level with the contractual terms for the delivery of the drawings, project divided into two phases
- No later than 60 days from the signing of the contract, the delivery of the graphic drawings and reports necessary to obtain the mandatory opinions for the approval of the project (Fire Brigade, Superintendence, ASL);
- No later than 120 days from the conclusion of the contract, the delivery of all the documents that make up the final-executive project.
The basic amount of the tender amounts to € 270,954.95 in addition to social security charges and VAT; the optional service related to the supervision of the works amounts to € 206,776.54 in addition to social security charges and VAT. The estimated value of this contract determined in accordance with Article 35 paragraph 4 of the Procurement Code is therefore equal to € 477,731.49.
This contract is financed with funds from the PNRR therefore participation in the tender will be subject to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 12 February 2021, n. 2021/241, establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility- The National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) approved by ECOFIN Council Decision of 13 July 2021 and notified to Italy by the General Secretariat of the Council with note LT161/21, of 14 July 2021 and all the consequent legislation. In particular, Mission 5 "Inclusion and Cohesion", Component 2 "Social infrastructures, families, communities and the third sector", Investment 2.1 "Investments in urban regeneration projects, aimed at reducing situations of marginalization and social degradation". Among others, the project must comply with the principles of design and construction of the works according to the criteria of the DNSH "Do No Significant Harm" or must meet the principle of "not causing significant damage to the environment". In particular, the projects relating to the interventions related to the M5C2 inv. 2.1 they must comply ex-ante and ex-post with the dictates of Sheet 2 "Renovation of buildings" and Sheet 5 "General building and shipbuilding interventions". The project must be drawn up with the production of any necessary attachments as established by the "Operational Guide for compliance with the DNSH principle" published by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. In addition, where they require additional or more precautionary measures with respect to the aforementioned DNSH principles, the technical specifications and contractual clauses contained in the Minimum Environmental Criteria (C.A.M.) referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 11 October 2017 published in the Official Gazette General Series no. 259 of 6 November 2017, containing "Adoption of minimum environmental criteria for construction", issued by the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of Land and Sea (now renamed "Ministry of Ecological Transition"). Finally, the devices for the promotion of youth and female employment referred to in Article 47, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 77 of 31 May 2021, converted, with amendments, by Article 1 of Law no. 108 of 29 July 2021, are applied.
