The basic tender amount is € 26,702,009.38 net of VAT and options, of which:
- €591,184.19 for Executive Design costs, of which €537,440.15 is not subject to a discount and €53,744.04 is subject to a discount;
- €1,034,676.30 for costs relating to the implementation of security plans not subject to reductions.
Open tender, entirely managed in telematic mode, relating to the executive design and execution of the works relating to the construction of the new Foggia-Cervaro HS stop in the south-eastern quadrant of the municipal territory of Foggia, located at km 4+000 of the Foggia-Potenza/Naples line, including railway superstructure, electric traction systems, other railway technologies and stop systems.
The validation of the project on the basis of the tender took place with note prot. No. RFI-VDO.DIN.DICSA.PA\A0007\P\2023\0000275.
The contract consists of a single lot, as a further division does not guarantee a functional autonomy such as to allow the complete use of individual lots and it is considered that the assignment to a single Economic Operator better meets the needs of homogeneity and effectiveness of the work.
Labour costs were estimated at € 5,397,844.73 (five million three hundred and ninety-seven thousand eight hundred and forty-four/73 euros).

In this tender procedure we will proceed pursuant to art. 107 co. 3 of Legislative Decree. 36/2023.

Explosive ordnance clearance € 220,457.70 category B. TER classification II. The services may be subcontracted only to companies in possession of the requirements established by Ministerial Decree no. 82 of 11 May 2015 ascertained by the competent Office of the Ministry of Defence.
The total amount relating to the transport, disposal or recovery of waste is € 3,158,931.72; if the contractor does not meet the requirements set out in the relevant legislation in force, the services must be subcontracted to qualified companies in accordance with paragraph XV.1 of the Tender Regulations and in the Contract Template attached thereto.
