This contract is a multi-year procurement for standing supplies. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single tenderer for the benefit of the entities identified in point 3 of Title II of this Special Specification. These entities will place orders to the contractor of the framework agreement as they meet their own needs.

The purpose of this contract is to supply and deliver the following equipment:

— desktops and laptops;

— accessories: mouse, keyboard, VESA adapter, docking station, digital and electrical cables;

— monitor/screen;

— any spare part compatible with the aforementioned types of items (internal hard drive, graphics card, memory card, etc.);

— bags and carrying cases;

— cover for ultraportable computers (ultrabook sleeve, carrying bag...).

It also covers warranty and all services associated with the acquisition of such equipment. These supplies and services are further detailed in Title V concerning the “technical requirements” of this special specification.
