The market will consist of offering Application Management Services (AMS) and improvement paths: SCOPE's corrective and scalable maintenance and interfaces, support for the ongoing improvement paths of this application, migration of data from different utilities to SCOPE, managing the infrastructure needed for these applications, and finally, maintaining existing oracle licenses.

The market includes 4 positions:

- item 1 - architecture & transition services:

1 st knowledge transfer, architecture and infrastructure migration made available by the contracting authority (currently SMALS),

- item 2 - operating services:

the 2 nd This position aims to provide expertise for PeopleSoft Landscape Managed Services of the PP DG BOSA. The complete list of managed services elements included in the scope of this item has been described later in this document.

- item 3 - project services:

with the 3 e SPS BOSA's DG PP wishes to be able to use the necessary on-demand services for the areas of expertise concerned by PeopleSoft, in the form of projects,

- item 4 - licenses:

with the 4 e SPS BOSA's DG PP wishes to use the service provider as an oracle partner for the maintenance of existing PeopleSoft licenses, and possibly for increasing the number of users.
