The objective of this European public procurement is to select and contract employment agencies to deploy flexible workforce up to scale I:

- two (2) Plot 1 contractors for the provision of temporary staff for primary operations with a focus on loaders and drivers;

- one (1) Contractor for lot 2 for the provision of temporary administrative staff to support business operations;

- one (1) Contractor for Lot 3 for the provision of temporary staff in the field of specialist staff (see the table in section 1.3 for functions).

With respect to parcel 1, Circulus-Berkel contracts two employment agencies. These two employment agencies work closely with the Circulus-Berkel contract manager. A complete description of the assignment is included in the Requirements Programme, Annex 2.

Primary operations personnel with a focus on loaders, drivers, piston drivers and

crane truck drivers (up to G scale)

For plot 1, a construction has been chosen to conclude further agreements

based on Further Quotation Requests. For this purpose, two Contractors will be one

Framework Agreement concluded.

The description of the most common job profiles to be asked out are in Annexes 11 to 24

recorded. The purpose of contracting two Contractors for the purpose of this plot is

to ensure the continuity of service as much as possible and to ensure the continuity of the service

select best appropriate Contractor and staff.

Administrative staff to support operations (up to scale I)

For other functions from plots 2 and 3, this applies to additional deployment required; due to illness, leave of

permanent staff, and/or at peak tax, temporary workers are hired by Circulus-Berkel.

Specialist staff, among others:

• Shovel operators

• Sweepmowers

• Crane Operators

• Brush Cutter Certificate

• Pest Control

• gardeners

• Small Chemical Waste Employees

For other functions from plots 2 and 3, this applies to additional deployment required; due to illness, leave of

permanent staff, and/or at peak tax, temporary workers are hired by Circulus-Berkel.
