The subject of the Contract is the execution of construction works in the field of reconstruction and construction of a district heating network from the J-14/L-12 chamber together with connections to buildings at Gościnna Street in the commune of Stare Babice - Zad 1, Stage I; as part of Task 1: Construction of a district heating network from the J14/L12 chamber together with heating connections to buildings at Gościnna Street (Stare Babice) - Chrzanów stage 1; as part of the Project: Construction of a heating network to use high-efficiency cogeneration in the areas of new development areas of the Warsaw Heating System - stage II - Chrzanów; under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, Measure 1.5 Effective distribution of heat and cold - POIS.01.05.00-00-0007/19-00.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:

1. project documentation and formal and legal documentation,

2. technical specifications for the performance and reception of construction works

- forming part III of SWZ.
