Planning services for civil engineering structures (HOAI 2021, Part 3 Object Planning

Section 3 Civil engineering structures, work phases 1 to 9) for an additional drinking water tank system in the area of the Luisenthal drinking water treatment plant (TWA) with a minimum capacity of 6 670 m³. The component of the new container plant must be planned for a service life of at least 50 years, the technological equipment for a service life of at least 25 years. The location of the new container plant is fixed south of the filter hall of TWA Luisenthal.

In addition to the container system, the scope of planning includes plans to create construction freedom, such as relocation of existing pipes in the construction site, also plans for adaptations / renewal of the existing stock of water technology equipment in the valve house and adjacent areas of the filter hall as well as various dismantling measures.

The planning contract includes, among other things, local construction supervision, surveying during planning and surveying monitoring services, hydraulic dimensioning of pipelines.
