This consultation concerns the collection and treatment of hazardous waste outside the perimeter of Eco-Organisms (such as Eco-Dds) deposited on the 36 recovery poles of the department and on the 4 transfer and treatment sites managed by Calitom.The services are divided into 2 lots:- lot no. 1: collection of hazardous waste on waste disposal sites and waste transfer/treatment sites;- lot no. 2: Treatment of collected hazardous waste with provision of containers. This is a framework agreement with maximum passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code and which will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders

the services requested are:- the collection and transport of waste to the transfer and/or regrouping site and then to the treatment centre selected for lot 2;- the traceability of waste through the use of Trackdéchets

The services requested are:- the provision of regulatory containers adapted for the storage and transport of hazardous waste;- the traceability of waste by Trackdéchets ;- the treatment of hazardous waste in authorized facilities
