The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the need that the industrial kitchens have for the procurement of fresh fish and seafood products.

The contract includes whole and cut fish as well as all types of seafood. Seasonal products are also included in the price sheet, e.g, 'lutefisk' and mackerel. The products must be fresh, raw materials, not previously frozen and then thawed.

All products are requested delivered in recycling packaging, not paper/disposable packaging.
