The procurement consists of three different assignments. Assignment 1 coordinated taxis mainly comprises all transport of scheduled journeys in the TT service for approx. 810 regular walking TT users. Assignment 2 directly ordered taxis comprises scheduled journeys in the TT service for approx. 230 walking TT users who have special needs. Assignment 3 special vehicle transport mainly comprises all transport of wheelchair users within the TT service, for both leisure journeys and scheduled journeys for wheelchair users.
The assignment mainly comprises all transport of scheduled journeys in the TT service for approx. 810 regular walking TT users. Regular users are TT users where some only need simple practical assistance for transport, but there are also many users who have a greater need for help.
The assignment is based on hiring vehicles, including drivers and equipment for the transport. The extent will be governed by need. There is no guaranteed minimum extent. Most of the scheduled journeys for coordinated taxis take place on weekdays during the day, mostly in the mornings and afternoons.
The coordinated taxis shall be planned and coordinated by the driving office. The driving office's booking section receives and registers orders from TT users. The driving office will make a plan based on what is appropriate for the contracting authority and the user and shall ensure that the user's need for service and aids are taken care of. This means that the degree of coordinated driving of several TT users will vary.
The assignment comprises scheduled journeys for the TT service for approx. 230 walking TT users who have special needs for predictable and individually adapted transport, with the same driver group and being able to order the transport directly from the transporter.
The assignment is based on the procurement of individual taxi trips. The extent will be governed by need and it can vary. There is no guaranteed minimum extent.
The TT service is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Most of the scheduled journeys take place on weekdays during the day, mostly in the mornings and afternoons.
The directly ordered taxi transport shall be ordered by the TT users at the taxi central.
An invoice is to be sent for a fixed price per journey that goes within Oslo and a fixed price per journey that goes to/from Akershus.
The assignment mostly comprises all transport of wheelchair users within the TT service, for both leisure journeys and scheduled journeys for wheelchair users.
The assignment is based on the hire of special vehicles, including drivers and equipment, within a given period. The hire period will be governed by need and it will vary at times.
The special vehicle transport shall be planned and coordinated by the driving office. The driving office will make plans based on what is appropriate for the contracting authority and users. This means that the length driven within a given period will vary between the vehicles.
Special vehicle transport is to be invoiced per hire hour. The transporters are guaranteed a total of minimum 105,000 hired hours per annum in this assignment. The hours will be distributed equally between three parts with 35,000 hours in each part. The estimated need is 21 vehicles per part to cover the transport need in the rush hour morning and evening.
Tenders can be submitted for 1/3 of the assignment, 2/3 of the assignment and 100 % of the assignment.
