Geotechnical investigations and foundation consulting

DEGES was commissioned by the State of Berlin with the planning and implementation of the maintenance measure of the A 111 from the Berlin/Brandenburg border to the Charlottenburg junction. This is a route and structure maintenance measure, and not an expansion measure (capacity expansion measure).

For this maintenance measure of the A 111, a rehabilitation concept ("Integrated Traffic and Construction Concept") was developed.

The subject of this contract is the subsoil assessment and foundation consulting with the preparation and execution of all necessary geotechnical and environmental laboratory investigations as well as the preparation of the associated geotechnical and contaminated site reports as a basis for the technical object planning of the basic repair of the open section as well as the structural design of the civil engineering structures. The service tendered here is intended to cover the geotechnical consulting for part of the areas of the A 111 to be renovated, in particular the construction section North 2 north of the Hermsdorfer Damm - AS Seidelstraße bridge.

The service to be awarded here will create the geotechnical basis for the planning of the maintenance measure on the A 111 (route and engineering structures) for the North 2 construction section. Services provided by the Contractor include basic services, special services and special other services based on the scope of services for geotechnical engineering in accordance with HOAI 2021, Annex 1, point 1.3. The aim of the tender is to award the subsoil assessment and foundation consulting for the above-mentioned construction section North 2 on the A 111.
