Joint market:

This contract is a joint contract within the meaning of Article 48 of the Law of 17 June 2016.

The Contracting Authorities are:

SPI and the condominium "VAL BENOIT - Civil Engineering".

The Co-ownership "VAL BENOIT - Génie Civil" entrusts SPI with the monitoring of the execution of the contract as Contracting Authority.

The purpose of this contract is the maintenance and operation of heating, cooling installations (chilled water and direct relaxation), mechanical ventilation and electrical equipment supplying / regulating the Civil Engineering building of the VAL BENOIT site in LIEGE (part A: SPI and part B: COPROPRIETE).

Maintenance includes all preventive maintenance operations aimed at maintaining the described facilities in impeccable operating condition.

Maintenance operations are carried out during working hours.
