With a view to producing photonic micro components in polymer, the CEA is considering the acquisition of a two-photon polymerization laser system.

Firm part: the services are described in the CEA's technical specifications referenced in article 2 above, and consist of a flat rate broken down as follows:

- supply of equipment including factory tests,

- the supply of programs for on-site tests,

- packaging and delivery to CEA premises,

- installation in the premises of the CEA,

- on-site tests,

- the supply of all the documents necessary for the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the equipment,

- training in the use of equipment and software tools,

- the guarantee of the equipment for a period of twelve months from the reception of said equipment.

Optional part: an extension of the equipment warranty for twelve months from the end of the initial warranty period.

This option may be lifted if necessary by mail one month before the end of the warranty period.
