housekeeping of the premises of the City Hall and of the school groups and recreation centres of the EAST and WEST neighbourhoods

The Town Hall is occupied daily by about 600 people who work there The daily attendance of users reaches about 400 people per day The building extends over three levels and is divided into two main branches from the heart of the existing City Hall and the rehabilitated main building rises over 3 floors

The Maintenance for all the sites will mainly focus on:- the common areas (Halls, Stairs, Corridors and Lift);- the classrooms, meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms, activity rooms, teachers' rooms, motor skills rooms, libraries, reprography rooms, music/video rooms, social rooms, tea rooms and kitchenettes, offices, etc. • Toilets, showers and changing rooms
