As part of a group of orders, Le Touquet & Co and the Régie du Palais des Congrès are looking for a service provider responsible for offering a compulsory health expenses contract for all private law staff of both structures. This contract will be for a period of three years with an effective date of June 1, 2023.

Le Touquet & Co is constituted in the form of a company with legal personality and financial autonomy for the operation of an industrial and commercial public service (). It ensures the following statutory competences:

- The reception and information of tourists as well as the tourist promotion of the municipality (missions inherent to a tourist office);

- The management and operation of tourist, sports and cultural facilities (Centre Nautique de la Baie de Canche, Centre Nautique de la Manche, the Equestrian Park, the Tennis Centre, the Stoneham caravanning);

- Organization, co-organization, reception, coordination with other tourism, sports, cultural partners.

The national collective agreement for sport is applicable to the structure (IDCC 2511).

the Palais des Congrès is constituted in the form of an autonomous management with sole financial autonomy.

The purpose of this agency is to ensure the management of the Palais des Congrès du Touquet establishment by the City of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage. Its mission includes:

- To manage and administer the Palais des Congrès du Touquet;

- To market the Palais des Congrès du Touquet which is composed of different rooms that can host congresses, seminars, trade shows, tourist and cultural events as well as private receptions;

- And to manage all activities related and complementary to the above object.
