The subject of the contract is: Modernization of 2 pcs. heat substations with the construction of 2-function substations (DHW 2 zones) with a capacity of 520kW in a multi-family residential building at M. Skłodowskiej-Curie 50 W-1, 50 W-2 in Bydgoszcz:
• dismantling of existing (old) substations owned by KPEC,
• construction of 2 pcs. exchanger nodes of central heating and hot water sections (2 zones), with a power of 520kW each, (from the Contractor's own materials),
• execution of new electrical installations in the rooms of nodes with the connection of switchgears,
• grounding of the equalization rail for nodes,
• installation, connection and commissioning of substations to the technological and electrical installation of the node.
The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with electrical switchgear with ECL Comfort 310 regulators. 2, to be collected from the KPEC Automation Department.

1. Project documentation, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
2. The principles of technical knowledge, the currently applicable provisions of the Construction Law together with its executive acts and health and safety regulations Heat substations should be performed in accordance with applicable regulations, taking into account the requirements included in the studies:
–"Technical requirements for the design of substations" – address: KPEC website ( http://www.kpec.bydgoszcz.pl/strefa-inwestora ),
-"Technical Conditions for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, part E: Sanitary installation works, issue 1 – Heating Nodes" ed. ITB".
3. Provisions of the SWZ and the Agreement.
The implementation of the subject of the contract includes in particular:
1. Execution of a substation with the necessary instrumentation (metering, protection, etc.), insulation, I&C and telemetry, in accordance with the documents indicated in point IV/2 together with accompanying works and works resulting during the performance of the contract not provided for in the above-mentioned documentation, and necessary for its execution, taking into account the costs associated with the implementation of the subject of the contract,
2. Securing the materials necessary (excluding the electrical switchboard) for the timely performance of the subject of the contract,
3. Dismantling of existing (old) heat substations owned by KPEC,
4. Connection of electrical switchgear – received from the KPEC Automation Department and distribution of the necessary electrical, I&C and lightning protection installations, subject to acceptance,
5. Installation, connection and commissioning of the substation to the technological installation (central heating, DHW, circular), electrical node and I&C,
6. The Contractor should take into account the full scope of electrical and I&C works enabling the node to be commissioned, in accordance with applicable regulations,
7. Conducting instructions for the user of the built node,
8. Preparation and agreement in KPEC (RW Department – Department of Conditions and Documentation) of operating instructions for the built node. As-built documentation should contain the instructions for operation of the constructed node agreed by KPEC together with the protocol of the agreement,
9. Application of I&C devices communicating with the monitoring system used in KPEC via the Modbus TCP protocol,
10. Initial adjustment and parameterization of regulators and introduction of design settings,
11. Pre-regulation of the CO pump and configuration to the KPEC monitoring system,
12. Preparation of the protocol of launching the I&C together with a map of parameter registers for the KPEC monitoring system,
13. Preparation of a list of the main devices of the built node (specifying the technical parameters, types, manufacturer and quantity) and forwarding in an editable version to the TI department (e-mail: inwestycje@kpec.bydgoszcz.pl) at the latest on the day of final acceptance.
14. Providing the Ordering Party with as-built documentation prepared by the authorized persons: designer and inspector (2 copies in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version) – according to Annex 1 to the contract.
Tests and final acceptance of the heating substation devices should be carried out with the participation of authorized representatives of the Recipients / Managers' websites, which will be notified in writing at least three days before the set date of acceptance or tests and will be completed by signing the acceptance protocol.
Materials, including heat meters, differential pressure regulators necessary to complete the subject of the contract, are purchased, delivered and secured to the construction site entirely by the Contractor.
