The subject of the order is:
1) the provision of services including the collection, transport and management of municipal waste arising on the premises of residential real estate, located in the area of the commune of Goleszów;
2) liquidation of illegal dumps - removal of waste from places not intended for their storage or storage;
3) management of waste collected by the Employer at PSZOK.
Completion date from 1.7.2019 to 30.6.2020.
The proceedings will be conducted in so-called the reverse procedure referred to in art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law.
The subject of the contract is a service including:
1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste arising on the premises of inhabited real estate, located in the area of the commune of Goleszów in the period from 1.7.2019 to 30.6.2020.
2) liquidation of illegal dumps - removal of waste from places not intended for their storage or storage in the period from 1.7.2019 to 30.6.2020.
3) management of waste collected by the Employer at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). General information about the size of the contract:
Commune area - 6 589 ha, average monthly number of inhabitants reported to the municipal waste collection and management system, according to data for the last 12 months - 11 502 people, the number of buildings covered by the service: in single-family housing - 3 799 pcs, in multi-room housing - 29 pcs.
Estimated amount of waste to be managed during the contract period:
1) from the premises inhabited by about 3,800 Mg,
2) from illegal dumps - min. 90 Mg, max. 180 Mg,
3) collected in PSZOK - min 100 Mg, max 200 Mg.
Employer, based on the provisions of art. 36a section 2 of the PPL Act, stipulates that the services of collecting and transporting the following waste may be provided with the help of subcontractors:
a) expired medicines and b) used batteries with codes 20 01 33 *, 20 01 34.
The remaining scope of services must be performed by the Contractor in person.
