In the period 1 April — 31 May each year, Drammen Drift has about 50 — 60 pits that must be restored. The company also needs asphalting works related to a number of minor and mid-sized installation projects throughout the year. The objective of the procurement is to cover the company's need for asphalt works and delivery of asphalt for areas up to 300 m2. The procurement does not include assignments over 300 m2.

The procurement also involves asphalting with asphalt milling, and hiring in will occur in the event that Drammen Drift KF does not have their own/suitable equipment available.

The Contracting Authority wants a 1 year Framework Agreement from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2019, and the Contracting Authority will have the unilateral right to extend the Framework Agreement for 1 year + 1 year.

The procurement's value/volume is estimated to be approx. 4 000 000 NOK on a yearly basis.

The competition is announced in accordance with the public procurement regulations.
