framework agreement with purchase orders divided into 4 lots concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 02/01/2024, renewable 3 times for a period of 1 year, the maximum amount of which is 776,000 euro (s) HT all lots and all periods combined. Lots 1 and 4 are multi-successful framework agreements with 3 successful tenderers. Lots 2 and 3 are single-award framework agreements. The quantities indicated in the BPU/Dqe of each lot correspond to an estimated annual average of orders. They are given as an indication to size the offers and allow the comparison of the offers received. These quantities cannot be invoked against Tisseo as an annual order commitment. For lots 1 and 4 each Bc is awarded to the candidate who came 1st in the ranking having obtained the best mark. In case of impossibility it will be awarded to the holder classified 2nd and in case of impossibility of the 2nd holder, it will be attributed to the 3rd holder to the framework agreement
