Multi-Party Frameworks for Type 2 and Type 3 Project Consultancy Services for Various Projects (in 8 Lots) Established on Foot of Initial Contracts Ballynerrin and Lot Lane

Wicklow County Council sought to establish Eight (8) Frameworks for the provision of consultancy services for various Type 2 (€500,00 - €5,000,00) and Type 3 (>€5,000,000) projects from 2022 to 2026.

The 8 Lots are as follows:

Lot 1 Architect Services for Type 2 Projects

Lot 2 M&E Engineer Services for Type 2 Projects

Lot 3 C&S Engineer Services for Type 2 Projects

Lot 4 QS Services for Type 2 Projects

Lot 5 Architect Services for Type 3 Projects

Lot 6 M&E Engineer Services for Type 3 Projects

Lot 7 C&S Engineer Services for Type 3 Projects

Lot 8 QS Services for Type 3 Projects.

Wicklow County Council may transfer the services of the above to various Design & Build Main Contractors during the life of these frameworks.

The initial contracts are 10 Units at Ballynerrin Upper and 80 Units at Lott Lane, Kilcoole Co. Wicklow for Type 2 and Type 3 projects respectively.
