About the Customer

The signalist is the City of Solna's public housing foundation. Together with the wholly owned subsidiary Solnabostäder, Signalisten owns and manages approximately 4,000 rental apartments, 300 premises and 6,000 car spaces.

The foundation's mission is to contribute to housing supply and the development of the urban environment in Solna.

Overview of the item

The procurement includes physical and financial electricity purchases. The new agreement will cover both physical delivery and financial portfolio management. The total electricity consumption is estimated to amount to about 9 GWh per year and a smaller volume of solar power production that is fed to the grid.
