New building Lichtbergschule Eiterfeld, school building N1-N5 - ventilation and air-conditioning systems incl. building automation

In the course of the project "New construction of the Lichtberg School in Eiterfeld", the ventilation and air-conditioning systems including building automation of the newly constructed school building of the Lichtberg School will be rebuilt.

The installation of the piping and ducts of the ventilation and air-conditioning systems is mainly carried out in the suspended ceiling or in shafts. The installation in the technical rooms is carried out as surface mounting.

The installation surfaces of the ventilation units are located on the roof surfaces. For the pipe installation of the ventilation systems, ducts made of galvanized sheet steel and spiral seam pipes are mainly provided.

For the partial air conditioning system for cooling the computer room, copper pipes are provided.

For the insulation of the air ducts, aluminum-laminated insulation mats made of mineral wool are provided.

The refrigerant lines are pre-insulated.

The individual room control of the volume flows in the common rooms (mainly classrooms) is CO2-led. Ancillary areas and technical rooms are supplied with constant volume flows.

To supply the kitchen areas, a separate dock for greasy exhaust air is provided.

Ceiling swirl outlets and poppet valves are mainly used as air outlets
