1. Provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste generated on the premises of inhabited and uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated in the Nędza Commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill,

2. Equipping inhabited real estate and properties on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, in the Nędza Commune with marked waste collection bags

The subject of the Order is:

1.1 Provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste generated on residential and uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated in the Nędza Commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship, and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Commune of Nędza and the rules set out in the Resolution of the Commune Council on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management.

1.2 Equipping inhabited real estate and properties on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, in the Nędza Commune with bags for collecting waste marked in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Nędza Commune and with the rules set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws item 906) and in accordance with the principles set out in Resolution of the Commune Council on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management.

3.2. The subject of the contract will be implemented through:

3.2.1 Collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste directly from the property, collection should take place

from 6:00 to 22:00.

3.2.2 Collection and management of waste from separate collection of waste directly from the premises of the property, this collection includes:

- paper,

-Metals

-plastics

- glass,

- multi-aerial packaging waste,

- biowaste,

- ash,

- furniture and other large-sized waste,

- used tires, in the amount of a maximum of 4 pieces per year per property,

reception should take place between 6:00 and 22:00

3.2.3 It is assumed that unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers with a capacity of 80 l, 110 l, 120 l, 240 l, 1100 l, it is allowed to use additional black bags on the premises where residents live.

3.2.4 Segregated waste (paper, glass, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste) will be collected in containers or bags, in accordance with the rules set out in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Nędza Commune and the colors specified in the

Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Nędza and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws, item 906):

- blue color, marked with the inscription "Paper" – paper,

- green color, marked with the inscription "Glass" – glass,

- yellow color, marked with the inscription "Metals and plastics" – plastics

artificial, multi-material packaging waste, metals,

3.2.5 Bioodpady

- ash

- furniture and other large-sized waste,

- used tires, in the amount of a maximum of 4 pieces per year
