The co-ordinated purchasing in Salten (SIIS), invites to an open tender competition over the EEA threshold for entering into a 2-year parallel framework agreement (plus an option for an additional 1 + 1 years) on the purchase of construction materials including lumber, builders' supplies and construction related tools for the SIIS municipalities of Bodø, Fauske, Sørfold, Saltdal and Beiarn. The Awarding Authority requests to enter into a parallel framework agreement with at least three suppliers, based on the most economically advantageous bids. Assignments that surpass 50 000 Norwegian krone excl. VAT. will be carried out as mini competitions between the suppliers within the parallel framework agreement. Bids can be submitted to the individual municipalities.
