This consultation concerns the services of purchase and delivery of paper.

This is a grouping of orders between Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole and the towns of Baillargues, Beaulieu, Grabels, Jacou, Montpellier, Pérols, Pignan, Saint-Brès, Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone and the CCAS de Baillargues in accordance with articles L . 2113-6 to L. 2113-7 of the public order code. The Métropole de Montpellier is appointed as the coordinator of the group.

Framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of one year from the notification. The services are divided into three lots:

- lot 1: photocopier and plotter paper,

- lot 2: photocopier paper for the full truck, and

- lot 3: printing paper.

The framework agreement without minimum or maximum and an economic operator, is concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of one year from the notification, renewable three times per period of one year. Estimated annual amount 85,000 EUR excluding tax.

The framework agreement without minimum or maximum and an economic operator, is concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of one year from the notification, renewable three times per period of one year. Estimated annual amount: 120,000 EUR excluding tax.
