The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, to be performed in the Iława Forest District in 2023.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions;
Attachment No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forest works execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Olsztyn adopted by Decision No. 10 of the Regional Director of State Forests of 15.06.2022 on the approval of activities to describe the standard of forest work performance technology in organizational units of the RDSF in Olsztyn.
A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.
Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
