Due to the technical extent of the security systems, some of the systems hold existing contracts and liabilities related to the warranty period by a third party at the time of the invitation to tender. The tenderer shall note the entries made to the mass list as to the possible date of the start in these respects.
The tenderer should note that the properties are occupied by the customer and may limit the performance of maintenance work in some situations, in which case maintenance work should be agreed in advance. The customer will find out ao. facilities for the supplier before the start of maintenance work.
