A. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all real estate on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the city and commune of Słomniki, operation of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) consisting in the collection and management of waste within 1.7. 2019 to 30.6.2021

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all real estate on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Słomniki Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point PSZOK, ul. Niecała, Słomniki.
2. The following types of municipal waste are accepted at the PSZOK Selective Municipal Waste Collection point: used oils, expired drugs and chemicals, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, waste tires, green waste and construction and waste demolition constituting municipal waste, as well as municipal waste specified in the regulations issued on the basis of art. 4a of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2016.250). Containers for all types of waste in PSZOK are provided by the Contractor.
3. The frequency of waste removal from PSZOK after filling containers for individual types of waste by phone, e-mail or fax by Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej i Mieszkaniowej.
4. The municipal waste collection system shall not include arising waste
As a result of doing business.
5. Receiving expired medicines from points located in the commune (one location) PSZOK
6. Collection of used batteries / accumulators (one location) PSZOK
7. The subject of the contract should be carried out in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation of waste for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.
8. The management of the collected municipal waste must comply with the waste hierarchy as defined in art. 4 paragraph 1 of the EU Framework Directive on waste 2008/98 / EC.
9. The contractor is obliged to collect and manage all municipal waste generated on real estate where residents live and handed over by real estate owners, in particular:

10. In the area of single-family housing, a mixed container-bag municipal waste collection system will apply. In multi-family housing, a mixed container-bag municipal waste collection system or a mixed container-bell system will apply.
11. Mixed municipal waste will be collected from containers with a capacity of 110 l to 240 l or from other containers depending on the type of building owned by the Resident. It is estimated that the following types of municipal waste containers are located within the commune:
1) 110 l round metal (SM110) - 90.00%, 120 l plastic 8%, 1 100 l metal 1%
2) 240 l - 1%.
12. All waste collected from the municipality and City of Słomniki is subject to mandatory weighing on a scale located at the sewage treatment plant in Słomniki at ul. Less than divided into two fractions, mixed waste and segregated waste, also applies to PSZOK.
13. In the event of a scale failure located at the sewage treatment plant in Słomniki at ul. Less than the Employer allows the measurement made on the weight indicated by the Contractor of the service.
14. The basis for issuing the invoice are the weight receipts for waste collected, signed by the Ordering Party's representative.
15. At each request, an authorized representative of the Employer has the right to inspect the Contractor's cargo space before commencing
